Description

Mozambique boutique lodge is a cozy little place that at this stage has only a few reed house and 14 camping sites. Mozambique boutique lodge is situated at the Praia do Xai-Xai and a minutes' walk from the beach, in a quiet & peaceful, 24 hour secured area.

Reed houses house 4 persons 1 double bed and a bunk bed with outdoor kitchen.

This Resort is 4km from Praia de Xai-Xai (the only dirt road) & 12km from inland Xai-Xai with its local markets, shops, restaurants, petrolstations, hardware stores, banks, pharmacies, a hospital and open-air furniture factories. You will be able to draw meticais at the ATM's or banks, in Xai-Xai - 12km inland.

The local money is Metcais, but South African Rand (Paper money) is also accepted at some places.

Bring your own food, drink, ALL towels, malaria precautions & normal self-catering necessities.

How To Find Us

Xai-Xai is situated in the southern part of Mozambique, just over 200km North of Maputo on the Northern banks of the Limpopo River. As you drive north on the EN1 over the Limpopo river bridge into Xai-Xai, you follow the road until it splits-take the road to your right, which will take you to the outskirts of Xai-Xai. Approximately 7km further (after taking the turn off to your right, you will reach the roundabout at Praia do Xai-Xai (beach), take the first exit and drive straight down to the sea front.
The sand road next to the sea on your left hand side, about 4Km long takes you to Mozambique Boutique Lodge.

R85 per person per night and kids between ages 4 and 9 is R35 per night Children under 4 years are free of charge
A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the balance of payment due ONE month prior to arrival.
