Description
The bungalows at centre Lambahoany have a downstairs room with a double bed, a wardrobe, chairs and a table. On the loft is a second double bed. The bungalows each have a bathroom, with toilet, shower and washbasin. A veranda completes the bungalow. The interior has wood panelling and wooden and bamboo furniture. All beds have mosquito nets (daily checked on for holes). The windows have insect screens and blinds. The outside is concrete covered in bamboo, the roof is from the local ravinala (palm leaves), to guarantee shelter from the rain and a cool atmosphere when the sun is shining .A bungalow can be rented for 40.000Ar when reserved in advance and paid on arrival. Rooms will be available at 12 o’clock in the morning and must be vacated before 10 o’clock on the day of departure. Breakfast is included and will be served in the main building; it can be either European or Malagasy (Vary amin’anana). Drinks and snacks are available all day.The Centre has a guarded parking. Use of the documentation and information centre is free of charge. Cultural events at Centre Lambahoany can be attended free of charge. The staff will be at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.Besides our bungalows, we have a cultural centre where we organise all sort of events. Centre Lambahoany works both in the city as in the country to preserve nature and culture of Madagascar and to improve people’s life, develop the country without forgetting its cultural values.
How To Find Us
You will find Centre Lambahoany at the Boulevard de la Liberté in the neighbourhood Tanamakoa. It is a 10 minute walk from the Coach station (gare routière), you’ll find a sign directing you to the Centre. The airport is a 15 minutes drive. Call or mail us in advance and we’ll pick you up.
