British owned and managed. Riad Linda is a lovingly restored  traditional house peacefully situated in a very welcoming neighbourhood in the heart of the medina, five minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna Square.

The Riad has  been completely renovated to a high standard with modern comforts, yet retains many distinct & characterful features - including a beautiful plant filled courtyard garden. Traditional finishes such as tadelakt and zillege have been used throughout.

We rent out individual rooms as well as whole riad bookings.

All our rates are fully inclusive of of breakfast,  housekeeper, concierge service, mint tea on arrival, complimentary water & free wi - fi.

Our location is ideal for women travellers & lone travellers as well as couples, friends and families who want to get together.

Riad Linda has a beautiful courtyard dining area, bhou (salon) with fountain,  6 bedrooms (all en-suite) and a  hammam (steam room). There is a large, sunny, roof terrace ideal for breakfast or relaxing on sunloungers or in our traditional Bedouin tent. From our terrace there are views towards the Koutoubia Mosque which looks even more spectacular when lit up in the evening. There are also views across the medina to one of the royal palaces, local mosques & the High Atlas Mountains.

Our friendly &  English and French speaking Moroccan staff at Riad Linda will provide a warm welcome with mint tea, and will help to organise trips and excursions further afield, and can arrange for reputable guides help you to navigate your way through the medina.

We have our own Moroccan cook available to prepare fabulous traditional 3-course evening meals in-house such as lemon chicken with olives, lamb tajine,vegetarian couscous .

All our bedrooms have  air conditioning / heating units to ensure your comfort and are en suite.  All our rates include breakfast.

Our beds all have pure cotton sheets. All towels are supplied & there are hairdryers in all the rooms.

We can also organise private parties with dancers, singers & musicians. We even have our own henna artist!

We also offer cookery lessons with Fadlia our cook. Fadila will show you how to prepare a variety of Moroccan delicacies such as different Tajines, Moroccan cooked salads, and mint tea.You will then be served the meal that you prepared! We will also take you to the nearby spice shops  to buy all the spices needed to prepare the dishes at home.

Massages and beauty treatments are also available.

We can also arrange for train & airport transfers. The riad  is situated 5km from the train station & airport ( about a 15min drive).

How To Find Us

We are located close to the main square. Jemaa el Fna is about 5 minutes walk away.
Once you are on the Square ask for Café France.
With Café France on your right hand side, Derb Dabachi is in front of you.
Count 3 small streets (derbs) on the right.
Derb Jamaa has beautiful green and golden flower pots all the way along and a ‘Welcome’ sign painted on one of the arches. On the walls there are also paintings of the Atlas Mountains and the Koutoubia Mosque
Keep walking along the derb until you see the Riad Linda sign. Turn left & you will see a lilac wall with flower pots. Riad Linda is just on the left hand side.

Pricing Details

Our prices are per room per night & are inclusive of all taxes. An extra bed per room costs $30 per night. Children up to 10 years can share  free. We offer a single person discount of 20% We offer early bird & late booking discounts also discounts for stays of 7 nights or over. Please contact me directly. For prices for whole riad bookings for up to 14 people, please do contact me directly. We ask for a deposit of 25% to secure the booking with the balance due on arrival.
