Description

The Sinai peninsula lies between the gulf of Suez and the gulf of Aqaba and stretches out into the red sea. It is a land of desert and mountains and has a rare beauty on account of its wonderful and extremely varied landscapes. The central area of the peninsula is occupied by Gebel Musa ['Moses' mountain]. The whole area is surrounded by an unspoilt coastline, white sandy beaches fringed with palm trees, coves, sheltered bays and of course over 1,000 species of tropical marine life waiting to be discovered. The resort has superb climate all year round. The hottest season being between June and September where the temperatures can reach the high 30's {'C).
