Description

We rent a luxuriously furnished apartment on 2nd floor of a new building, secure and guarded 24/24, close to all tourist attractions of Sousse and few meters from the beach.

It is composed of:
- One-bedroom with balcony, a king size bed , 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a TV and curtains,
- A living room containing a sofa bed, a plasma TV with satellite
- A kitchen with stove, range hood, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, pans ..) a table and 4 chairs. All the furniture is new.
There are two air conditioners (in the living room and bedroom) and central heating installed.

The apartment is located in the touristic area of Sousse 5 minutes walk from the beach, guarded, day and night, the place is quiet and friendly close to all facilities: shops crossroads-market, super market, cafes, hotels, restaurants pharmacy, bank ...
