From the rear corridor the bathroom can be accessed comprising of a bath, shower, sink and toilet, there is also a separate toilet, a sink in the corridor and a washing machine.

Both apartments have access to the roof terrace which has an out door sink, a toilet with a shower and superb views of the surrounding area and the sea.

Both apartments have curtains and are fully tiled throughout, also included are 3 mobile fans and an alarm system connected to a security company.
There is a paved driveway with space for 3 cars; the property has a walled boundary and metal gate entrance.

The Grand-Baie region

The apartment is just 2 miles from the town of Grand Bay, with its choice of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shopping centre. Other facilities also include helicopter tours, para-sailing, fishing, scuba-diving, sailing and various other watersports.

Mauritius produces a wide range of cane rum. It is very cheap and the perfect drink of choice after a day of fun on the beach! Mauritius is a paradise for the senses, not only for the eyes with its beautiful landscape, but also for the palate with ample choice of restaurants to choose from. Enjoy!
